The Senior College is affiliated to University of Mumbai and offers under-graduate programmes in Commerce (B.Com) and Self-Financed Courses like Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance (BBI) and Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S). The B.Com classes are conducted in the morning session. Besides, the College offers Post Graduate Course in Commerce (M.Com) of University of Mumbai in two session (Morning & Evening session). BMS & BBI sessions are conducted in the afternoon session.The details of the programmes are given below: Bachelor of Commerce Programme: (Semester Pattern)
First Year (F.Y. B.Com.) is the entry point into the three years degree course in Commerce.
Those students who have passed the H.S.C. examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education, Mumbai Division / its equivalent are eligible for admission to the F.Y.B.Com. However the in-house students will be admitted first. The remaining seats will be filled on the basis of merit lists as per the instructions of the University of Mumbai, keeping the reserved categories intact as per as the government rules.
Scheme of Examination: The performance of the learners will be evaluated in two Components. One component will be the Internal Assessment component carrying 25% marks (Class test of 20 marks and Class participation 05 marks) and the second component will be the Semester-wise End Examination component carrying 75% marks.

In-House students who have passed F.Y.B.Com / have ATKT in F.Y.B.Com are eligible for admission to S.Y.B.Com. Outside students will be admitted as per the merit depending on the availability of the seats.
Similar documents as F.Y.B.Com. Are required for admission to S.Y.B.Com.
Examinations and the evaluation will be conducted in the college as per as the rules and guidelines prescribed by the Mumbai University.

In-House students who have passed S.Y.B.Com or have ATKT either in F.Y.B.Com. or S.Y.B.Com. are eligible for admission to the T.Y.B.Com. However those students who have A.T.K.T in F.Y.B.Com as well as in S.Y.B.Com. are not eligible for admission to T.Y.B.Com as per the University of Mumbai rules. Outside students will be admitted as per merit depending on the availability of the seats.
TYBCOM external examination for 75 marks is conducted by University of Mumbai and internal assessment for 25 marks is conducted by the college.
